No. We monitor your flight and adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra cost, so a delayed flight won't leave you stranded or out of pocket.

Airport and seaport transfers are fixed-price and agreed before you travel. Local journeys within Colchester are metered unless you request a fixed quote in advance.

Are your drivers licensed and background-checked?

Yes. All drivers are licensed with the local council and hold a valid enhanced DBS (background) check, renewed on a rolling basis.
